Bijou Belle has dreamed of being on The Voice since she was little. Her childhood school project even declared, “When I grow up, I want to be on The Voice!” Music runs deep in her family. Her grandfather, Rocke Grace, co-wrote the rock classic “Rocky Mountain Way,” inspiring Bijou and her siblings to form their family band, The RathCo, with Bijou as the lead singer. They’ve toured across the Midwest, performing for crowds as large as 5,000 and keeping his legacy alive with every show. At home, music runs deep, but so does honesty, especially from her dad. A local radio personality and drummer, he’s always been Bijou’s toughest critic and loudest supporter: once giving her a sink-or-swim moment when he debuted her cover live on air.
