Employers may need a tool to see if their employees could have a learning disability. Although it will remain a screening and not a real diagnose, it is very useful to prevent future problems if learning disabilities are identified. Here is a great example of what a school can do to support children with learning disablities. They organize an annual conference where they discuss all the ins and outs of the various learning disabilities with the children so they understand the medical terms and can really “own” their learning disabilty.
